Teen death is 'stark reminder of catastrophic consequences of carrying a knife'

The death of 16-year-old Joshua Ingram at Seaford railway station is a "stark reminder of the catastrophic and irreversible consequences of carrying a knife," the Crown Prosecution Service has said.
